Yesterday, I posted a list of healthy affirmations to keep us sane throughout the week. One of my absolutely favs was “to smile”. A smile can make a stressful situation become bearable. Anyone who knows me personally, knows that I am smiling all the time. Yes, I am one of those sickening people that can be over the top annoying, because I’m always happy. OK, maybe 80% of the time. In the mornings, pre-coffee I am completely a grouch. However, after my coffee time I embrace the day with peace and smiles.
Today, find the time to smile! Show your beautiful teeth. If you find that you have nothing to smile about, go to a mirror and look at yourself. You are here! That in itself, is worth a million smiles.
